Who Is The Glow Protocol?

Believe it or not, The Glow Protocol didn't start with a business plan, a product catalog, or even the intention of opening a business.

It all started with a silly TikTok video. 💕

Hi, I'm Alexis! I'm the founder and owner of The Glow Protocol, and if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that my love for aesthetics, skincare, and empowering other women runs DEEP.

But before I tell you about The Glow Protocol, I have to tell you about the DIVAS.

It All Started With an "Addiction"... 😂

One day, I decided to make a TikTok video.

I started the video off very seriously, explaining that I had been struggling with an "addiction" and that I felt it was finally time to speak openly about it. I talked about how I knew there were others out there struggling with the same thing and how important it was to create a safe space where we could come together, support one another, and feel understood.

And then came the plot twist.

"Welcome, everyone, to D.I.V.A.S. — DIY Injectors Very Addicted Society!" 😂💉

What started as a joke turned into something I never expected.

Women began reaching out, asking me to ACTUALLY create this group. They wanted a place where they could connect with other DIY aesthetics enthusiasts, share experiences, learn, grow, and ask questions without ever feeling embarrassed, judged, or intimidated.

And I thought... why not?!

So I created the DIVAS Discord community.

And just like that, something that started with laughter became a community of women brought together by a shared passion for beauty, education, and supporting one another.

My Passion Started Long Before TikTok

My love for skincare and aesthetics didn't begin with DIVAS. In fact, I've been fascinated by this industry for well over a decade.

For years, I was constantly in and out of med spas, exploring treatments, learning about products, and investing in my passion for beauty.

But in 2025, something changed.

I found myself wanting to explore more treatments and products, but I simply couldn't justify spending thousands upon thousands of dollars to do so.

I knew there had to be another way to learn more about this industry.

So I did what I've always done when something genuinely interests me.

I started educating myself.

I spent months researching facial anatomy, studying aesthetic techniques, learning about ingredients, and absorbing as much information as I possibly could.

Eventually, I discovered the world of Korean aesthetics and began exploring products and performing DIY treatments on myself.

That experience opened the door to an entirely new world of learning, discovery, and connection.

And if you know me, you know that when I learn something new, I LOVE sharing that knowledge with others.

Education has always been one of my biggest passions. I believe there is tremendous power in asking questions, doing your research, thinking independently, and never allowing yourself to stop learning.

From DIVAS to The Glow Protocol

As our DIVAS community continued to grow, so did our shared experiences.

One thing became very clear: We all loved Korean beauty products, but getting our hands on them wasn't always easy.

Between international shipping delays, complicated ordering processes, inconsistent communication, and sometimes outrageous pricing, purchasing products from overseas could be frustrating.

And one day, I thought to myself...

"Why can't I create a business that does this differently?"

A business where customers don't have to wait weeks for their products.

A business where authenticity, affordability, and transparency aren't just marketing words, but actual priorities.

Most importantly, a business built by someone who is genuinely part of the community she serves.

I had already built a community rooted in honesty, trust, education, and genuine relationships.

And I knew I could bring those same values into a business.

That was the moment The Glow Protocol was born. ✨

What started as a funny TikTok video turned into a community.

That community turned into a dream.

And that dream became The Glow Protocol.

I never imagined that one silly video would lead me here, but I am so incredibly grateful that it did.
